Exit 143 (Rte. 581 South towards downtown Roanoke). Pass main downtown area on your right. Rte. 581 becomes Rte. 220 (stay on the same freeway). Take the "Colonial Avenue" exit (sign for Virginia Western Community College). At the end of the short off ramp (light), turn left onto "Colonial Avenue." Less than one mile, pass Getty gas station on left. Take next right onto "Persinger Rd." Go to the bottom of a small hill and turn left onto "Bluefield Blvd." Take the next right onto "Welch Rd." 1155 Welch is the second to last on the right.
